John has been with MP RVA Development since 2016.  He began his Marco's Pizza career as a delivery driver before transitioning to lead our Human Resources efforts.  His responsibilities include overseeing all employment related issues and the administration of new employee onboarding and terminations.  He also partners with our Upper Management team to lead our strategy of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

In his free time, John is active in the community through his volunteer efforts with the Boy Scouts of America.
