Co-OwnerHarry Ragsdale is a Co-Owner of MP RVA Development. A native of Lake City, SC, he spent several years practicing defense litigation before focusing full-time on Marco's Pizza.

Director of Human ResourcesJohn has been with MP RVA Development since 2016. He began his Marco's Pizza career as a delivery driver before transitioning to lead our Human Resources efforts. His responsibilities include overseeing all employment related issues and the administration of new employee onboarding and terminations. He also partners with our Upper Management team to lead our strategy of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
In his free time, John is active in the community through his volunteer efforts with the Boy Scouts of America.

Area SupervisorChris LeBay is an Area Supervisor overseeing our stores in the Southside of Richmond. Chris joined the Company in 2017, first as a delivery driver and then a General Manager before being promoted to his current position in 2021.
In his free time, Chris can be found in a mosh pit. He is the most METAL member of our Upper Management team.

Area SupervisorConor Vizi is an Area Supervisor overseeing our stores in the West End of Richmond. Conor joined the Company in 2015, first as an insider and then a General Manager before being promoted to his current position in _______.
In his free time, Conor can be found enjoying the open road in his Corvette and watching Green Bay Packers games.

Director of MarketingAs our Director of Marketing, Brynn Fludovich oversees all off-premise sales channels and marketing efforts.. She joined the Company in _________, first as an insider and then as a General Manager before being promoted to her current position in 2023. In 2022, she was ranked one of the fastest pizza makers in the entire Marco's Pizza brand.
In her free time, Brynn enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, reading books and listening to over 100 carefully curated Spotify playlists.
